Embark on a transformative journey with the one-on-one "Weight Loss from Within" program, a holistic exploration of the emotional roots behind excess weight. Discover the importance of intuitive eating, self-understanding, and emotional authenticity.  Together we'll uncover your patterns of self-denial, self-rejection, and unmet needs. 

Many weight loss and diet programs don't work. But, this unique, personalized, one-on-one coaching and counselling approach offers you practical guidance, increased emotional awareness, and letting go of old conditioned habits and patterns that aren't serving you. The body, mind and spirit are interconnected, and together over 12 weeks we'll design and implement a roadmap customized to your needs and unique self that will help you achieve your weight loss goals. 

Through counselling or coaching, explore the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that make you feel down, and find a renewed purpose that brings you more joy in life. This is a safe space for you to express whatever difficult emotions you're experiencing, and overcome these challenges.

 Identify the triggers that cause you stress and anxiety. After a thorough assessment during the first couple of counselling or coaching sessions, you'll be given tools and strategies, such as mindfulness and meditation, that will help you relax your mind and body, and experience greater peace. 

Whether it be a career change, getting married or divorced, experiencing "empty nest syndrome", or finding peace in the aging process, we all need support at times through counselling or coaching to help us navigate these often challenging changes. 

Build self-awareness, clarify the problems in your relationships, and work on developing healthy patterns of communication with your family, partner/spouse, children, friends or co-workers/boss through the counselling or coaching process.
